Appointment of Director – person nominated must be of the same political party as the board member making the nomination

Appointment of Deputy Director – person nominated must be of the same political party as the board member making the nomination and be of the opposite party from the Director

Appointment of Chair – nominated person must be of the opposite political party from the Director

Appointment of other Full Time Staff members to current positions at current salary
